Paying by Cheque

If you wish to pay by cheque, please write a cheque for the total amount due, less applicable discount, made payable to ASDA Business Rewards and return with your completed order form, (a copy of which can be downloaded here) to:

Paying by Money Transfer

If you wish to pay by money transer please fax your completed order form (a copy of which can be downloaded here) to 0870 850 7641 and transfer the total amount due to:

Paying by Credit/Debit Card

If you wish to pay by credit of debit card, you can do so via our online facility here. We are unable to take credit or debit card details over the phone.

Proforma Invoices

You accounts department may require a proforma invoice to enable them to raise a cheque, or make a money transfer. (A proforma invoice is an invoice provided by a supplier in advance). of providing the goods or service.

If this is the case, please fax a completed order form (a copy of which can be downloaded here) to 0870 850 7641, indicating how you would like to receive your proforma invoice.

Ordering Deadline

Corporate Orders

Whenever possible orders will be dispatched on the day cleared funds are received by ASDA Business Rewards prior to 1pm. If an order/cleared funds are received after 1pm, the order will be dispatched the next working day.

Credit Card Orders

Whenever possible orders will be dispatched the next working day after funds have been verified. If an order is received on a Saturday or Sunday, then orders will be dispatched on Tuesday.
